Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • Item arrives damaged
  • Wrong product received
  • Product has major defects

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used products
  • Damaged by customer
  • Final sale items
  • Personal-use products (where applicable)

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days.
